SUMMER BRIDGE EXPERIENCE
PAUL QUINN’S SUMMER BRIDGE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PREPARE NEW STUDENTS FOR THE RIGORS OF COLLEGE AND LIFE AT THE QUINNITE NATION.
Summer Bridge is a 6-week residential program during which students live in on-campus housing, are provided a full meal plan, and take three college courses to help ease their transition into college life. New students receive support and resources necessary to successfully navigate College, both inside and outside the classroom. Our program is comprised of thoughtfully curated courses, workshops, and social events all geared towards encouraging academic success, professional development, and community building between students, faculty, and staff. All new incoming students are required to participate in Summer Bridge unless they intend to be a 100% online student.
PROGRAM BENEFITS Earning nine college credit hours towards your bachelor’s degree at Paul Quinn College in just six weeks. Interacting with President Dr. Michael J. Sorrrell during our signature leadership class.
Creating strong relationships with your professors, classmates, and staff. Getting acquainted with our campus and the city of Dallas through fun and interactive events every weekend!
