15. AMPs must provide details of performance measurement, evaluation, and improvement, including— 15.1 A review of progress against plan, both physical and financial;

16. AMPs must describe the processes used by the EDB to ensure that- 16.1 The AMP is realistic and the objectives set out in the plan can be achieved; and
