That is what a W a s h i n g t o n “Defender,” in a recent letter to the editor, calls the “Ammunition” sent her, and says she is making good use of it in trying to win souls, and only regrets that she did not have its help and inspiration before. An Indiana “Defender” shows the real soldier spirit, for he says:

God is a miracle-working God. All Jews believe this (Gen. 18:14) :

“ I s a n y t h in g t o o h a r d f o r t h e L o r d ? (Also read carefully Luke 1:26-32 and Matt. 1:18-25. The Jews have probably never read this announce ment concerning the Messiah). (2) They will say that worshipping Jesus is worshipping a man. In an swering this objection, use Gen. 18: 1 , 2 :

“ A n d t h e L o r d a p p e a r e d u n t o h im i n t h e p l a i n s o f M am r o ; a n d h e s a t i n t h e t e n t d o o r i n t h e h e a t o f t h e d a y . We do not usually publish names and addresses of those from 'whose letters we quote in these columns, for reasons which are obvious, but we have Mr. Tatlock’s permission to give his, and are hoping that many of The King’s Business Family will feel led to write him and assure him of their interest and prayers. “Prayer changes things,” and we could wish that every “Defender” might be one of such a Prayer Circle, and would include The King’s Business in their '-petitions. Mighty things could be accomplished. Dr. Arthur T. Pierson, the great Presbyterian preacher of a generation ago, once said: “Prayer is the most potential, and the most neglected, of all the forces at the disposal of the disciple * * . It is encouraged by promises more numerous and more absolute than attach to any other one act and privilege of the believer’s life. Why not pray?” LESSON SIXTEEN (Continued from last month) V. Ask Them Regarding Their Sacrifice (Lev. 17:11; John 1:29 ):

Jesus (Jehovah) also appeared to Joshua in human form (Josh. 5 ¡IS IS ):

This is always a searching question for a Jew. (See illustration entitled “A Search for Atoning Blood,” below). He is the Lamb slain from the foun dation of the world (Rev. 13 :8 ):

Over fifty inquiries have already been received from various parts of th United States, Canada, England,, and other foreign countries, regarding the requirements for organizing a Fishermen’s Club. Several have already been organized and have re ceived their charters from the Inter national organization. Full details of the new plans under

which the Fishermen’s Club will oper ate in the future were given in the July issue, and have been printed in a little leaflet'which will be sent to any one interested in organizing young men for definite, successful, soul-sav ing work. Address, T. C. Horton, President, 536 S. Hope Street, Los Angeles, California.
