Quarterly Question
Why are progress reports requested for some SDP services? Progress reports help determine whether a service is effectively supporting the participant's Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals. They provide valuable information about the participant's progress, help identify whether any adjustments are needed, and assist the planning team in making informed decisions during the annual person-centered planning process. Progress reports are not requested for every service but may be required when they are necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of a service in meeting the participant's identified outcomes.
