Minimums •The minimums is 10 bundles. (Active Paying) Qualifying Submissions •Must remain in-force throughout the contest period and 45 days thereafter •Must be considered new business to qualify. No replacement or conversion policies will be considered. Dates used to Calculate Bonus •Application MUST be RECEIVED during the contest period. •Application EFFECTIVE date MUST be < than 15 days after contest period. Example Contest Period: 07/01/2026 – 09/3 0 /2026 App #1 App Received 08/02/2026 Pass App #1 App Effective 08/15/2026 Pass App #2 App Received 08/02/2026 Pass App #2 App Effective 10/10/2026* Pass App #3 App Received 07/30/2026 Pass App #3 App Effective 10/18/2026 Fail App #4 App Received 06/30/2026 Fail App #4 App Effective 07/15/2026 Pass In this example, applications #1 & #2 would qualify for the bonus, however, application #3 would not, as the effective date is > 15 days past the contest end date. Application #4 also would not qualify, as the Application Received date is prior to the contest period. *This shows that an effective date can be less than 15 past contest end date, as long as submitted within contest period.
Persistency • ManhattanLife uses a 12-month lookback on the producer’s entire book of business to calculate persistency. Splits • ManhattanLife contests will allow for split business. The “percentage” of ownership will be used to calculate qualifications. ○ Example: Bill and Ted submit an Affordable Choice application during the contest period. This was submitted as a 50/50 split, so both would be credited for ½ an application. For a 70/30 split, agent #1 would receive .70 credit and Agent 2 would receive .30 credit. Contest Payouts • Final contest results will be calculated for 45-days post contest. Contest Parameters • ManhattanLife reserves the right to modify or amend the qualification requirements at any time without prior notification. • Participants may only be eligible for and compete in one incentive program at a time, as determined by ManhattanLife.
