Core Business, achieved - By 2023, we recover all plastic, paper and food waste from our services to our customers for reuse or recycling, compared with 30 % in 2022.* * Single-use waste from our in-house services are cups, stirrers, individual creams etc.
Supply Chain, in progress - By 2030, we are car- bon neutral (Scopes 1, 2 & 3), including offsetting all incompressible emissions related to coffee trans - port, representing approximately 40 % of our total tCO2eq emissions.* * In collaboration with the Rainforest Alliance refo- restation projects and the traceability of our supply chain via Farmer Connect. Internal Operations, in progress - By 2025, we im - plement an integration policy for workers with disa- bilities or work-related difficulties, representing more than 10 % of our total workforce, compared to 0 % in 2022.* * In collaboration with the Fondation Pro. This concerns people who are beneficiaries of the Disabi - lity Insurance.
