Sustainability & ESG in Action 2026

Communities. Shared Value in Action.

Empowering Inclusion and Opportunity At MISA, inclusion has become a tangible reality. In 2024, the company reorganised its production facilities to ensure suitable spaces for both male and female employees, including new changing and shower areas. This investment enabled MISA to welcome its first female operators in 2025 — a meaningful milestone towards a more inclusive and balanced workforce. Across Spain, Purever celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 with a live-streamed roundtable connecting employees from Madrid, Martorelles, and Montalbo. Four female leaders from across the Group shared their personal journeys, challenges, and perspectives on gender equality and leadership. The conversation inspired open dialogue and connection across teams, strengthening visibility and empowerment for women across the organisation. Building Knowledge and Local Partnerships We believe that supporting education is one of the most effective ways to create lasting positive impact. In Italy, MISA collaborates with Unindustria, the regional employers’ association, to bridge the gap between schools and industry. In November 2024, the company participated in the National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises, welcoming students and teachers from the Brodolini Technical Institute to its production site in Pomezia. The visit offered a firsthand look at industrial innovation in action and encouraged young people to explore future careers in sustainable manufacturing.

In France, DAGARD continues to build strong ties with the community through job fairs and educational partnerships. By engaging in initiatives such as the ADECCO Job Dating – Lumière sur l’industrie and the Building Trades High School Fair, DAGARD helps young talent discover opportunities in the industrial sector. The company also contributes to local associations and charitable projects, supporting the passions and commitments of its employees while fostering pride and solidarity within its region. Fostering Culture and Connection As an international Group, Purever Industries values the diversity of its people and the unique cultures represented across its companies. Each subsidiary celebrates local and cultural holidays, fostering inclusion, connection, and a sense of belonging among employees worldwide. In Ireland, Ardmac continues to set an example in community engagement through long-standing social impact initiatives. The Cycle for Hope, now in its fifth year, brings together employees, partners, and families to raise funds for mental health charities, demonstrating how shared effort can drive real change. Ardmac also supports Orchards in the Community and DC’s for Bees, two projects promoting biodiversity and environmental awareness across local areas. These initiatives reflect a broader vision: that caring for people and the planet are deeply interconnected.

Our responsibility extends beyond our facilities.

At Purever, we believe that creating value means contributing to the wellbeing of the communities where we live and work. Whether through education, employment, culture, or inclusion, each company in our Group plays an active role in strengthening local connections and creating opportunities for people to thrive.
