Sustainability & ESG in Action 2026

Governance & Ethics. Embedding

ESG Governance Model Governance at Purever is not only about compliance, it is about ensuring that every action reflects our values and strengthens the trust placed in us by the people and communities we serve. This year Purever established a robust ESG governance model that reflects our Group’s structure and shared purpose. In 2025, we established the Purever Group ESG Governance Framework, connecting the Group Leadership Team, and the Head of ESG to ensure that sustainability and ethical business practices are embedded in decision-making at every level. At the heart of this framework is the ESG Steering Committee, a cross-functional body that brings together senior leaders from across all subsidiaries to guide strategy, review progress, and oversee implementation of the Group’s ESG roadmap. Through this collaborative governance model, Purever is embedding sustainability into the core of how we lead, operate, and grow.

External Validation of Responsible Practices Purever also advanced its commitment to responsible business conduct through independent sustainability assessments. Ardmac and PAP both achieved the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, and the Group is now extending EcoVadis assessments across additional companies to build a harmonised ESG benchmark. This voluntary effort strengthens trust, enhances transparency, and supports our alignment with leading international standards.

Responsibility. As the Group grows, we are strengthening the structures, systems, and behaviours that ensure ethical conduct, transparent decision‑making, and long‑term value creation. This includes the development of CSRD‑aligned processes and data frameworks that will support stronger oversight, clearer responsibilities, and more transparent reporting in the years ahead. Our governance approach is rooted in our materiality results, which highlight integrity, corporate culture, and accountability as core expectations from employees, customers, and partners.

COMMITMENT

Purever will continue to develop and roll out Group ESG policies, including the Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy, and Diversity Policy. Our goal is to embed ethical, transparent, and responsible business practices at every level, ensuring that sustainability is not a separate initiative but an integral part of how we lead, operate, and create value for our employees, communities, and stakeholders.

Embedding ESG into every decision ensures that responsibility, integrity, and sustainability are at the heart of our business. Vitor Neves, Group Deputy CEO
