The past year has been a transformative one for our Group. With the recent integration of Ardmac, MISA, Dagard, and Taver, we have brought together outstanding expertise, complementary capabilities, and shared values under one vision. This expansion strengthens our industrial presence across Europe and the USA and reinforces our commitment to responsible growth, innovation, and sustainability. To guide this new phase, we have appointed María de los Ángeles López as Head of ESG for the Purever Industries Group. Her leadership ensures that our environmental, social, and governance priorities are unified across all companies and that our progress is structured, transparent, and measurable. This is a significant milestone, marking the start of a coordinated Group-wide approach to sustainability and the foundation for our future ESG reporting.
