Sustainability & ESG in Action 2026

ESG in Action Across the Group. The past year marked significant progress towards a unified ESG framework for the Purever Group. Purever has accelerated its journey by strengthening our sustainability commitments in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and international best practices. While the process of consolidating Group-wide data continues, our companies have already taken meaningful action, demonstrating that sustainability at Purever is not a promise for the future, but a reality in motion.

Climate Change Mitigation & Energy Efficiency. Purever made significant progress in decarbonisation through expanded photovoltaic installations across factories, low‑energy lighting upgrades, electrification of equipment, and targeted efficiency measures such as improved insulation at Dagard, and industrial process optimisation. In parallel, the Group is calculating its full carbon footprint for the first time, establishing a consolidated emissions baseline that will inform a 1.5°C‑aligned carbon‑reduction roadmap for all companies. This marks a major step towards structured, science‑based climate action and long‑term emissions reduction. Resource Efficiency & Waste Reduction Process improvements at Purever Industrial Solutions and DagardUSA reduced material use, including 30% less cardboard, 20% less plastic, and up to 40% less glue waste. Automated lines, sustainable packaging adjustments, and product lifecycle improvements strengthened our shift towards a more resource‑efficient, low‑waste operating model, aligned with circularity principles.

Community Care, Inclusion & Social Dialogue Diversity initiatives, International Women’s Day roundtables, education partnerships, job‑fair participation, and cultural engagement events such as Sant Jordi and World Book Day, deepened social connection across regions. These programs ensured Purever’s growth generated shared value for local communities and supported equal opportunities. Certified Commitment Progress was supported by internationally recognized standards, with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications reinforcing continuous improvement and responsible management across all sites. EcoVadis Bronze ratings for PAP and Ardmac reflected progress in transparency and responsible supply‑chain practices. Customer Trust & Collaboration Collaboration with employees, suppliers, and customers deepened across the value chain. We worked with clients to deliver energy-efficient, low-impact solutions and with suppliers to promote responsible sourcing and lower-carbon materials — building trusted, transparent relationships focused on sustainable performance. Ethical Conduct, Governance & Corporate Culture Newly established strong governance structures — including the integration of ESG within the Group Leadership Team and the creation of the ESG Steering Committee — now provide aligned oversight, transparency, and consistent progress across all companies. This year, Purever also began preparing its first Group‑wide Sustainability Report, voluntarily adopting the CSRD framework as a benchmark for quality and transparency. By choosing to embrace these standards ahead of requirement, Purever demonstrates its deep commitment to credible, responsible, and future‑ready sustainability governance, strengthening trust among employees, partners, customers, and shareholders.

Product Responsibility & Innovation Purever advanced sustainable design and product transparency. High‑performance solutions such as

QUANTEC® insulation, cleanroom and cold room systems with industry‑leading thermal conductivity, and expanded product EPD coverage, reduced customer energy consumption and improved lifetime environmental performance. Working Conditions, Safety & Wellbeing The Safety First program was rolled out across the Group to standardise safety culture, expand training, and reinforce governance. This supports our pathway to ISO 45001 certification at all sites. Wellbeing initiatives, including mental health campaigns and employee engagement actions, strengthened a culture grounded in health, fairness, and continuous improvement.

Sustainability is not a separate programme at Purever; it is a key consideration in how we run our business every day. Jason Casey, Chief Operations Officer, Clean Business
