19. ANNUAL RECOGNITION CRITERIA
Every year INUKA recognize and reward our Members and make important company announcements. Our Annual recognition program is aimed to inspire our Members to build a consistent, reliable and growing business by focusing on 4 important pillars towards success, which are:
PERSONAL SALES GROUP SALES RECRUITING PROMOTING
INUKA ANNUAL RECOGNITION CATEGORIES AND CRITERIA • TOP 5 MEMBERS IN PERSONAL SALES CASH REBATES: (1) R17,000 (2) R13,000 (3) R11,000 (4) R8,500 (5) R7,500. * In the event of a tie the sum of the cash rebates will be divided equally between Members with equal PV. • TOP 5 MEMBERS WITH THE MOST NEWLY INTRODUCED JUNIOR & BEYOND MEMBERS CASH REBATES: (1) R17,000 (2) R13,000 (3) R11,000 (4) R8,500 (5) R7,500. * In the event of a tie the Member with the highest Personal PV will earn the position.
• TOP 3 NEW BUSINESS LEADERS (MEMBERS WHO JOINED AS FROM 7 JANUARY 2021) CASH REBATES: (1) R34,000 (2) R26,000 (3) R22,000. (Based on the 4 categories of the Rainbow Challenge).
• DIRECT UPLINES OF THE TOP 3 NEW BUSINESS LEADERS CASH REBATES: (1) R16,500 (2) R13,000 (3) R11,000. The achieving Upline must have at least 3 personally introduced Members that each earned a Volume Rebate in the October 2021 - December 2021 INUKA Sales Months. • RAINBOW CHALLENGE (UNLIMITED GUARANTEED CASH TO EVERY QUALIFYING MEMBER) The Rainbow Challenge is an extra cash reward guaranteed to every Member who reaches the annual target for one or more of the Rainbow Categories. The challenge is designed to encourage and motivate Leaders to continuously grow and empower the Members in their groups. Achieving Members will receive R12,000 for each category target achieved:

40 000 Group PV * Minimum qualifications to earn a Rainbow Group Sales Rebate: The achieving Member must have at least 3 personally introduced Members that each earned a Volume Rebate in the July 2021 - December 2021 INUKA Sales Months. 14 Newly introduced Members as from 7 January 2021 who maintain Senior or beyond status for any 2 months by 6 January 2022 Promote 4 Members who had a New Member Status on 7 January 2021 to maintain Ruby or beyond status for any 2 months by 6 January 2022

Every Member who achieves all 4 Rainbow Categories will receive an extra R20,000 Bonus.
Earn an extra R12,000 Bonus for every Rainbow Category achieved twice or more. (E.g. 2 400 PPV = R24 0000 | 28 Maintaining Seniors = R24 000) | 120 000 GPV = R36 000)
