7. VOLUME REBATE EARNINGS
The INUKA Compensation Plan rewards Members for selling products and for introducing and training Members in your downline to do the same. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates up to 16% are paid on your Personal PV and Group PV (4 levels deep). 7.1. Minimum requirements to earn Cash Volume Rebates: Members must reach Senior Status or beyond to qualify for monthly Volume Rebates. Please refer to the table below for the minimum monthly requirements to earn a Volume Rebate. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO EARN MONTHLY VOLUME REBATES (SENIOR AND BEYOND)

Sapphire and Beyond 3 personally introduced Members that each earn a Volume Rebate. If a Pearl and beyond Leader does not achieve the minimum activity and/or performance from their personally introduced Members, pay-outs will be done on Senior Status percentages. 7.2. Cash Volume Rebate percentage pay-outs. The table below shows the required Group PV to reach an INUKA Status as well as the percentage pay-out on your Personal PV and percentage pay-outs on your personally introduced Members’ Group PV’s depending on their status. Refer to table below and section 7.2.1. 20 7.2.1. Once you achieve a specific status you will always be paid out the percentages of your status, unless you do not have the required minimum activity and/or minimum performance from your personally introduced Members, in which case you will be paid out on Senior Status percentages on your New, Junior and Senior Members only. Should the 6th of a month fall on a weekend or a public holiday the INUKA Month end is extended to the next business day.
7.2.3. Volume Rebates are paid monthly on the 20th. INUKA has never missed a Volume Rebate pay-out. 7.3. All INUKA Members are equally rewarded. y Volume Rebates RSA Members: Calculated on sales value excluding VAT. y Volume Rebates Non-RSA Members: Calculated on sales value excluding VAT, Custom Duties, transport & export subsidy.
