greatest possible extent, the scenarios must challenge the participants to take responsibility for work with electricity or in its vicinity is performed safely.

The key learnings from the Electrical Safety Module shall be practised during scenario-based training.

After having successfully completed this lesson, participants can:

Act independently in selecting and using electrical safe working practices to mitigate the hazards related to working around electricity in a WTG environment (Ability, intermediate level). Act independently in treating all electrical equipment as live until an electrically safe work condition has been established (Ability, intermediate level). Act independently and safely in relation to the hazards posed by similar looking or adjacent energised equipment that you can touch (Ability, intermediate level).

Take responsibility for establishing an electrically safe work condition (Ability, intermediate level).

The instructor shall:

Explain safety procedures in the training area.

Facilitate scenario-based practice, where each participant must practise relevant scenarios with varying degree of complexity and fading instructor guidance and support:

preparing for and planning the work
