§ Hazardous & O ther materials – List all po lices and procedures utilized in the use, storage, and waste management o f paints, so lvents, pesticides, clearing agents, and fuel. List all codes and standards adopted for the handling, transpo rting, and disposal o f these materials. § Sanitation – List all wastewater codes and regulations adopted for the management o f wastewater and storm water po llution prevention, any general perm its held, and any recycling o f such water. § O ther EPHS Regulations, Standards, po licies, and procedures – list all applicable codes, standards, regulations, and procedures adopted by the TGRA and gam ing operations no t already addressed that ensure the occupational safety o f the employees and the public health and safety o f patrons.
