HIP HIKES Strengthens Hips While standing up on a step, lower one leg downward towards the floor by tilting your pelvis to the side. Then return the pelvis/ leg back to a leveled position. Repeat 3 times.
SINGLE KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH Relieves Arthritis Pain
While lying on your back, hold your knee and gently pull it up towards your chest. Hold for 10 counts. Repeat 6 times on both sides.
