"Well, that's fine. What's the name of it?" And finally they had to tell him with great fear and trepidation. "Well, the name of the school is Biola Bible College in the heart of Los Angeles." Immediately, one of the top men in the high eschelon of the La Mirada Development Company, Rhett was his first name and I have forgotten his last name, but he jumped up and said "Praise the Lord! know about that school. It's a wonderful school and I'm a member of The Church of The Open Door in connection with the school and you can depend upon them. They won't cause you any trouble." Lou was so enthusiastic. He said, "Rhett, you take complete charge of this. We're selling the property, and you handle it the way you see fit." We felt then that the Lord really wanted us to have it. So Rhett helped us in every way to get the property. Those were some of the highlights of the time when I was President. I
