the salesman from Coldwell Banker, the guy to approach the La Mirada Development company to see about the purchase of 75 acres. Knowing that Mr. Helper was of Jewish extraction, they were a little wary about telling him the nature of the organization that wanted to purchase the land for a campus. So in the first conversation with him, they said they had a client and would like to purchase 75 acres. He wanted to know who the client was. They avoided telling him who it was when they talked and he said, "Well, that 75 acres could be had for such and such a price," $4,500, I think. So they came back a second time and they said that our client is ready to move, and he said, "Well, who is it?" And they said, "Well, it's a college." And Helper thought it would be wonderful to have a college right in the heart of La Mirada, so he was all enthusiastic. He said, "What's the name of the college?" They said, "Well, it's a Christian college. But they're not fanatical." And they emphasized that we were not fanatical. And he said,
