Cherie Larsen, PTA Cherie is the newest member of our Pinnacle team. She was born in Utah but has lived in Spokane for the past two years. She has a passion for anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise. She loves to help people decrease their pain, improve function, and increase their overall quality of life through physical therapy. She especially loves treating orthopedic conditions, namely spine and headache issues.

Kendall Zacha, PTA Kendall loves working with patients of all types, although patients who are post-surgical or who have orthopedic injuries is her passion. She loves helping people get back to the sport or activity they enjoy. Physical therapy is her passion because she loves to see how far patients have come in their journey and know that they have gotten to that place of better health, well-being, and functional mobility.

In her spare time, she loves to hike, mountain bike, ski, explore the great outdoors, lift weights, study nutrition, and she plays the guitar and piano! Cherie is looking forward to taking amazing care of our patients!

Born in Independence,Missouri,KendallmovedtoLewiston, Idaho when she was 13. On a school visit to North Idaho College, she quickly fell in love with Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls area. Her hobbies include hiking, boating, and swimming. She also enjoys watching andplayingcompetitivesports likehockey,volleyball,andfootball! Spending time with her family is her favorite way to pass the time.

Mark Becomes a Mentor

We have exciting news! Mark Bengtson, our fearless leader, has stepped into a new role of mentor and owner of the clinic. He is excited to devote time into building, mentoring, and coaching his team to provide the best treatment possible. Not only will this help to promote a strong team, it will enablemore patients to receive that extra special care that Mark is known for. An Experienced Mentor Mark’s new role will enable him to focus on developing and teaching our therapists the latest Postural Restoration tips and tricks and other manual therapy techniques to provide cutting-edge results. By being able to devote time to one- on-one coaching, more people will be able to benefit from Mark’s years of experience. In providing consistent care to all patients, we further our goals of helping as many people in our community as possible. A Team Coach As a dedicated team coach, Mark is able to oversee the team and work to recruit the best people in the area. In addition to recruiting, he’s able to refine the skills of the team and be available for support throughout the day. An Educator On a mission to help as many people in the community as possible become pain-free, Mark is able to dedicate more time to leading educational workshops on various subjects. These free events help educate the public about where pain

comes from and what natural treatment options are available. We couldn’t be happier to see the evolution of Mark’s role within Pinnacle Physical Therapy. The change has been very positive, and our patients are excited to have more access to Mark for questions, while the team is thrilled to have a great coach to lean on. We welcome you to the new experience at Pinnacle. We are confident you’ll enjoy the changes as much as we do.
