Customer Consulting and Support Representative – Intern
What I did: I was responsible for continual learning of the Skyward Software, and used that knowledge to assist customers with various troubleshooting needs. As an intern, I don’t do much different from a full-time representative, which is awesome and unlike any other internship that I know. What I liked: My favorite part about my internship at Skyward is the people that I worked with. I know this sounds like a generic answer, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. From the people who trained me, my managers who I report to, and the other interns that I got hired alongside, they make clocking into work fun and enjoyable each day. Future Dream Job: My dream is to be an executive member of a sports organization or be part of a professional sports team to some degree.
What I did: My main responsibility was to help members with their financial needs such as depositing money or checks, withdrawing money, ordering checks, loan payment booklets, or debit cards. I also worked on and learned about cashier’s checks, IRA accounts, HSA accounts, domestic and international wires, loans and home equity lines of credit. What I liked: I enjoyed the level of responsibility I had over my transactions. I loved feeling like I made a positive impact by helping members with their financial needs and solving their problems. Future Dream Job: I would love to work for the government.
