In this service we check if the accuracy and lineairity of the photometer for all different wavelengths in the filter photometer and the range of your spectrophotometer are met to the analytical quality standards. With the inspection executed by our trained personnel you will receive an official certificate so your next audit will be a breeze . We recommend a yearly inspection. ®

The spectrophotometer NANOCOLOR Advance combines the most important features of our portable compact photometer PF-12 Plus and our high-precision spectrophotometer NANOCOLOR VIS II. ® ®
To check if your sample digestion is still reliable we offer a calibration service for your NANOCOLOR heating blocks for a comprehensive analytical quality assurance. ® In this service we use an electronic temperature sensor which measures the actual temperatures and compares them to the nominal temperatures that have been programmed in the heating block. The heating block will internally adjust itself after this. We can provide you with a comprehensive test protocol for internal documentation. Our trained personnel will provide you with an official certificate for you next audit.
It provides precise and reliable measurement results in the daily laboratory routine and can also be used mobile due to its rechargeable battery . With its wavelength spectrum of 340 - 800 nm it allows the measurement of all photometrically evaluable test kits from MACHEREY-NAGEL. The NANOCOLOR Advance can therefore be used universally in the entire spectrum of water and wastewater analysis. ®

The NANOCOLOR VARIOC2/4 enables a fast and safe performance of all kinds of sample digestions required in water and waste water analysis. The standard parameters for routine digestions such as COD, TOC, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and metals are pre-programmed in the heating blocks and help the user to avoid mistakes. For up to 12/24 (2 x 12) samples in parallel, with the NANOCOLOR VARIO 4 two heating units can be controlled separately.
