– NE BIH REKLA DA VOLIM AVIONE. BILO BI MNOGO TAČNIJE REĆI DA IH OBOŽAVAM! Vode me na mesta kojima se radujem i koje jedva čekam da vidim. Promena mi uvek prija, uživam u putovanjima, a sve počinje sa avionima. Naravno, kud god da odem, uvek se rado vraćam svom Beogradu, opet avionom u koji ulazim puna utisaka, ali i uzbuđenja što idem kući. Šta uvek nosite sa sobom na letu? – Iako sam model, ne nosim mnogo šminke, samo ono osnovno, da mogu malo da popravim pre sleta- nja. Interesantno je kako uvek ponesem knjigu i slu- šalice, ali ne uspevam ni da čitam, ni da slušam mu- ziku, ni da gledam film. Zvuk aviona i oblaci odvedu me za tren u drugu dimenziju, u neki moj svet među oblacima. Zato uvek insistiram da sedim pored pro- zora i imam samo svoj komad neba. “I WOULDN‘T SAY THAT I LIKE PLANES. IT WOULD BE MUCH MORE ACCURATE TO SAY THAT I ADORE THEM! They take me to places that I joyfully look forward to and can hardly wait to see. Change always makes me feel good, I enjoy travelling, and that starts with planes. Of course, wherever I go, I always happily return to my Belgrade, again on a plane that I board filled with impressions, but also excitement to be going home.” What do you always carry with you on a flight? “Although I‘m a model, I don’t carry a lot of ma- ke-up, just the basics, so I can touch my look up a bit prior to landing. It’s interesting that I always carry a book and headphones, but I never manage to either read or listen to music, or even watch a film. The so- und of the plane and the clouds instantly carry me away to another dimension, to my own world among the clouds. That’s why I always insist on sitting next to the window, and I have my own piece of sky.” WHO IS SLAĐANA She’s been a catwalk model for the world’s most renowned brands and at one point had one of the most recognisable fac- es in the fashion world. Her ticket to that world was secured by her natural beauty and spontaneity. Modelling was initially a hobby for Slađana, only later becoming a job. She’s worked for almost all of the most important Serbian creators, but also for Vivienne West- wood, Renato Balestra and Valentino, among others. Slađana is also a descendant of Nikola Tesla. Although she doesn’t share his passion for physics, she notes that Tesla also liked to look smart and be well-dressed, which is something they have in common.

Ko je Slađana Na modnim pistama bila je model za najpoznatije svet- ske brendove i svojevremeno postala jedno od napozna- tijih lica u svetu mode. Njena karta za svetske piste bila je prirodna lepota i spontanost. Slađani je modeling bio pr- vo hobi, a tek onda postao posao. Radila je za gotovo sve najznačajnije srpske kreatore, kao i za Vivijan Vestvud, Renata Balestru i Valentina, između ostalih. Slađana je, takođe, potomkinja slavnog Nikole Tesle. Iako ne deli nje- govu strast prema fizici, kaže da je i Tesla voleo da bude sređen i lepo obučen, što im je zajedničko.
