DRAGANA KOSJERINA TELEVISION PRESENTER I love Serbia because of the people I love Serbia for countless reasons, but people with big hearts and open arms, who welcome everyone with a smile, even during difficult times, are our greatest treasure SHE LOVES SERBIA AND SER- BIA LOVES HER, and considers her one of its most beautiful jewels. She handles herself with equal success when presenting informative, sports and entertainment programmes, and knows how to charm and captivate dif- ferent audiences through the screen – and in huge numbers. She launched her career in 2011 as a sports report- er, while today she’s the lead anchor of entertainment programming at RTS. We’ve had the opportunity to enjoy her figure and voice in the entertain- ment show “I love Serbia” for five sea- sons already, and we can hardly wait to check out her glamorous outfits for next month’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, while we watched her closely until just re- cently in “Pearl of the Desert”, the special show dedicated to the FIFA World Cup. Some people were asking how come you ended up pre- senting a sports show about Qatar, probably not know- ing that you actually started your career in sports jour- nalism... “That’s true, over the years people have got used to seeing me on enter- tainment shows, but I’ve worked on many sports broadcasts in my career. I actually took my first steps in tele- vision working in the sports news- room. I enjoyed this assignment.”
