Ljubavna terasa Sa brdašca na Bežaniji (iznad To- šinog bunara) pruža se upečatljiv pogled na Novi Beograd, a taj vi- dikovac je u poslednje vreme po- neo reputaciju „ljubavne terase“, gde zaljubljeni mogu da pobegnu od gradske vreve i osete se kao da su sami na svetu. Na toj litici deša- vaju se gotovo filmske scene, gde mladi parovi otkrivaju ovo mesto i jedno drugo uz magiju zalaska sun- ca ili duge razgovore uz svetluca- nje prozora zgrada i uličnih svetilj- ki... Za one koji misle da su prerasli sedenje na klupi, u blizini je i kafe s jednako impresivnim pogledom. Lovers’ terrace From the hill on Bežanija, above Toša’s Well, an impressive view of New Belgrade emerges, and in re- cent times this vantage point has been nicknamed in accordance with its reputation, as the lovers’ terrace, where couples in love can flee the bustle of the city and feel as though they are alone in the world. This rise offers almost mov- ie-like scenes, with young cou- ples discovering this place and each other alongside the magic of sunset or long conversations re- flected in the glittering windows of buildings and streetlights... For those who consider that they’ve outgrown sitting on a park bench, there is a nearby café providing equally impressive views.

It’s easy to love in Belgrade
M nogo je romantičnih tačaka u gra- du koji živi na dve reke, ali možda je najbolje da krenemo od samog centra. Jer ako na Trgu republike osmotrite ljude koji stoje oko spo- menika knezu Mihailu, primetićete da svi oni ne- kog čekaju. Ima na tim licima i nesigurnosti, i za- brinutosti, i treme... I sve se to briše kad ugledaju poznato lice dok se približava. I ti izrazi lica mož- da su najsjajniji momenti svakodnevnog života Be- ograda. Trg republike je već decenijama glavno me- sto susreta Beograđana, pa tu svake večeri padne na hiljade poljubaca, ponekad dugih i samouve- renih, ponekad površnih, prijateljskih s nazna- kom romanse, prvih i nesigurnih, zbunjujućih... To je istovremeno i jedna od najprometnijih tačaka u gradu, pa će retko ko i registrovati neke od naj- lepših i najnežnijih ljubavnih scena svakodnevi- ce. A dešavaju se baš tu, u gomili ljudi, u samom sr- cu prestonice. T here are many romantic spots in this city that lives on two rivers, but perhaps it would be best for us to set out from the very centre. That’s because if you see peo- ple milling around Prince Mihailo Mon- ument on Republic Square, you will notice that they are all waiting for someone. Their faces are etched in uncertainty, concern and nervousness... These fa- cial expressions are perhaps the brightest moments of the everyday life of Belgrade. Republic Square has for decades been a major meeting point for Belgrad- ers, and thousands of kisses are exchanged there every evening, sometimes long and confident kiss- es, sometimes superficially friendly pecks with just a hint of romance, initial and unsure, confusing... This is simultaneously one of the busiest spots in the city, so few will even register some of the most beau- tiful and tenderest everyday scenes of lovers. And they happen right there, among the crowds, at the very heart of the capital. The Serbian capital is a wonderful place, where some apparently completely ordinary locations become romantic spots seemingly made for love
Zalazak sunca na Gardošu Kad smo kod zalazaka sunca i pogleda na re- ke, šta je sa vidikovcem na Gardošu? Ovo brdo je centralna tačka Zemuna, najfascinantnije be- ogradske opštine, a Milenijumska kula pruža im- presivnu pozadinu jednog od najboljih pogleda u gradu. Crveni krovovi Zemuna dobro se suprot- stavljaju novobeogradskim blokovima, a roman- sa se potom može nastaviti u jednom od velele- pnih gradskih restorana sa morskim plodovima.
Sunset on Gardoš Speaking of sunsets and views of rivers, what about the perspective from Gardoš? This hill is the focal point of Zemun, Belgrade’s most fascinating municipality, and its Millennium Tower provides an impressive backdrop to one of the best views over the city. The red roofs of Zemun are nicely juxtaposed against the tower blocks of New Bel- grade, and the romance can then continue at one of Zemun’s magnificent seafood restaurants.
