Many corporations in the area have consistently been managed by volunteer owners without the assistance of a licensed manager. Some are finding that more difficult to sustain given the increasing workloads that come as a result of new legislation, and the changing demographics in their communities, where owners choose not to or are unable to take on the workload. These condominiums are reaching out to managers to define and source support. Management companies have had to take on more administrative staff to help managers facilitate these increasing workloads now and yet - to - come. It has become more significant for them to inspire those who serve in these assisting roles to take on more responsibility in the company. We applaud the management companies where every manager is a Professional Member of CCI and the companies have also become Business Partner Members of CCI, where benefits are shared with the employees of this membership to conceivably inspire supporting staff to more responsible roles and strengthen their contributions to the management teams and company. We encourage all management companies to participate in the furtherance of the company profile. Congratulations !
