Leading plumbers’ merchant and bathroom supplier Bassetts has completed the latest in a series of trade counter revamps across its branch network. Renovations have been completed at its Omagh and Downpatrick sites, with the refresh programme aimed at reinforcing its commitment to supporting local tradespeople and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A dedicated concession has also been introduced in the Downpatrick branch for Pro Bathroom, Bassetts’ new range of stylish, affordable and high-quality bathroom products designed specifically with installers in mind. Created to offer beautiful, durable bathroom solutions without the premium price tag, the Pro Bathroom range spans all styles from sleek contemporary units to classic traditional lines, with a focus on practicality, ease of installation and reliable availability. These in-store concessions allow installers to bring customers directly into branches, offering them the opportunity to browse styles, finishes and layouts in person, making the consultation process more efficient and more collaborative. Bassetts has been rolling out refreshes across its network, which includes 13 trade counters and 10 bathroom showrooms across Northern Ireland. The branches have been completely reimagined with a more modern, open layout to streamline the trade counter service and create a more accessible, intuitive space for customers.
