A new trade counter has been installed, and the whole front of shop has been modernised with Bassetts branding and new product displays, lighting and a coffee machine. How has the refurb enhanced the branch? Customers have commented on how the trade counter is much more inviting. There are a lot more products on display that they can browse and select and bring to the counter. Who is your client base & what can customers expect at Bassetts Omagh? Robert Chambers drives and works on the

Bassetts Downpatrick
The refurb has helped improve the efficiency between the counter and the store, says Branch Manager David McShane… Tell us about Downpatrick branch revamp The counter has been redesigned and located in a new area of the building, allowing more counter space and serving positions for serving multiple customers. Downpatrick is the only branch that has incorporated the Pro bathroom range into its trade counter displays so customers can see immediately what is available. We have also added a coffee machine and a new car park for customers. How has the refurb enhanced the branch? Customers can now see what is available immediately with the clearer shelves and better organised displays. The modern, well-laid-out counter helps to enhance the overall customer experience. The refurb has helped improve the efficiency between the counter and the store so orders can now be picked more quickly, which can be important in the early morning rush.

Who is your client base & what can customers expect at Bassetts Downpatrick? We service heating and plumbing engineers across the housing, health and commercial sectors in the wider Downpatrick and Ballynahinch areas. The branch stocks everything from fittings to boilers and offers competitive pricing on all the well-known brands.
