This 1 acre park is home to a beautiful gazebo overlooking the Sandusky River, and the Ohio Historical Marker for the Founding of Tif fi n. The park was made possible by a land do- nation from Lynn and Lenny Clouse, of Clouse Construction, and the donation of the gazebo and brick patio from Leader- ship Seneca County Class of 2014. The Park was dedicated in the memory of the late Jerry Kirian, a long-time employee and leader of Clouse Construction. Hedges-Boyer Park 491 Coe St., Tif fi n Hedges-Boyer Park includes three baseball/softball dia- monds, two football fi elds, basketball, sand volleyball, ten- nis and pickleball courts, a 18 hole disc-golf course, and a new inclusive playground for children of all ability levels. The equipment includes two new playsets, swings, a zip line, jun- gle gym, shaded benches and tables and more. Hedges-Boy- er Park also has an entertainment band pavilion stage, al- lowing for community concerts and performances. The park contains several miles of paved walking/biking trails and is home to Municipal Swimming Pool, featuring a 300,000-gal- lon main pool and a wading pool for our younger visitors. The main pool includes a large spiral slide, two diving boards, and a lily pad obstacle course. Highland Park 649 N. Washington St., Tif fi n This 18-acre park is home to Bo Reid Baseball Field, the Tif fi n Skate Park, and the Tif fi n Bark Park. Josiah Hedges Park 21 Park Pl., Tif fi n Josiah Hedges Park is named after the founder of Tif fi n. The park is located directly behind Calvert High School on the corner of Schonhardt St. and Park Place. Josiah Hedges Park was originally a cemetery before the graves were moved to Greenlawn Cemetery in 1915. Once a place where children were not allowed to play, it is now a pretty, shaded park for all to enjoy. This 3 acre park has newly upgraded playground equipment and a small picnic shelter. The Rock Creek Trail runs through the center of the park and links the park to Heidelberg University and Hedges-Boyer Park Junior Home Memorial Park & Patterson Park 458 Ohio Ave., Tif fi n Junior Home Park is located along the Sandusky River, on the north side of Tif fi n. The south portion of the park is ded- icated as a memorial to the children from the Tif fi n National Orphans Home, Jr. OUAM. The park offers great shade, two picnic shelters and provides river access, making it a great place for fi shing, kayaking, or having a picnic. Kernan Park 383 Ohio Ave., Tif fi n Once home to an orphanage, this historic 14 acres of land now holds two youth softball fi elds, and plenty of open grass area to accommodate a range of activities.

Apple-Jack Park takes its name from its location at the inter- section of Apple St. and Jackson St. This 3.25 acre park was used as a Junior High School football fi eld until 1972 when it became a city park. The park holds playground equipment, one ball fi eld, a small picnic shelter, a basketball court and a multipurpose open grass area. Beechwood Park 14 Beechwood Dr., Tif fi n Beechwood Park is a great place for a family picnic. This one acre park encompasses playground equipment, a small picnic shelter, and a basketball court.
