NEW WAY 1 Circuit

OLD WAY 3 Circuits

 Installs directly into device port, requires manifold feed.  Works with Top Flange, Bottom Flange Swing Clamps, Link Clamps and New High Capacity Work Supports.  Controls timing of individual devices on your fixture.  Each valve can be individually adjusted from the factory preset.  True sequencing design allows full system pressure downstream of valve after opening.  Maintains pressure upstream while device actuates.  Three pressure ranges available with adjustability within each range.  Can be added after the fixture is built to assure proper sequencing. Requires manifold mounted device.  Use with single or double acting clamps; in clamp port, unclamp port, or both.  Internal reverse free flow check valve allows for faster return.  Accessories available; Pressure pre-set block, in-line adapter block and manifold mount block.

A robust, anti-rotation device for Vektek Rotating Unions keeping your hydraulics securely attached to the fixture! ROTARY UNION ARM NEW

 Make integrating live hydraulics into your horizontal pallet machines easy. Designed to securely attach Vektek Rotary Unions. Can be adapted for other general industrial grade models.  Use on single or twin pallet machines where pallet travels parallel to spindle axis.  Telescoping members allow flexibility to adapt to your machine for easy installation.  Two hose clamp mounting rails included. All clamps and additional rails can be ordered per your requirements (see below).  Rotary union interface eliminates premature rotary union failure by preventing the weight of the arm from applying damaging side loads to the rotary union.  Rotary Union Arm is designed to attach all Vektek Rotary Unions and allows X, Y and Z movement without inducing damaging twists to the union. Easily customize interface plate to attach most rotary unions.

 Each joint contains tapered roller bearings for excellent load holding with smooth actuation.  Standard Z-axis travel up to 48 inches, fits most 400 and 500mm pallet machines and some 630s. Longer reaches for 630-800mm pallets are available.  Optional hose clamps available (Order your hose clamps below).

The Rotary Union Arm is designed to allow for vertical movement of the rotary union/tombstone while machining and during pallet change. Additional configurations are possible see IS3206. The Rotary Union Arm is easily adjustable approximately 8” during installation and allows for nearly 4” travel during pallet changes. Ask your sales representative for an installation manual for exact details.

Single Acting

This advanced design block body cylinder mounts under the surface plate to pull a threaded fastener, making for easy-to-build fixturing on the new designs and giving you the option to add hydraulic control to many existing fixtures SAE porting receives fittings for either flexible or hard tubing external plumbing.  Save hours by not manual clamping.  Automate your new or existing fixtures that use wedge driven or bolt down clamps.  Available in nine plunger thread and capacity combinations designed to fit Mitee-Bite Uniforce, Pitbull, and OK Vise clamps.  Short stroke lengths make for a more compact device.  Easily plumbed using either flexible hose or hard tubing.  Ramp feature helps keep chips from packing and coolant contaminants from entering the cylinder.  Two SAE ports per cylinder to easily connect multiple devices.

* Cylinder capacities are listed at 5000 PSI operating pressure. The minimum operating pressure is 500 PSI for D/A operation and 750 PSI for S/A operation. The cylinder force is adjustable by varying the hydraulic pressure to the cylinder. To determine the approximate output of the cylinder for your application, divide the cylinder capacity shown above by 5000 PSI and multiply the resultant by your system pressure in PSI to obtain the approximate cylinder force for your application. (Actual forces will vary slightly due to internal friction and/or return spring force.) ** Cylinder stroke may exceed stroke of clamping element. Limiting cylinder stroke may be required to ensure proper operation of clamping element. *** At full cylinder capacity, fastener life will be limited and fasteners should be considered service items. Fasteners should be replaced frequently when operating at full capacity to prevent plunger damage. Models 20-1111-00 and 20-1113-00 are not recommended for use above 2500 PSI.
