Our on-site shop features two professional lifts and is staffed by a full-time mechanic. We also have team members onsite during the day to support client relationships and provide a welcoming space for meetings. Whether it's discussing upcoming projects or touring our facility, we’re always ready to connect and showcase the work that sets us apart.
Our facility is a true reflection of innovation and hands-on dedication. Powered in part by solar panels on the roof, the energy we collect helps charge our two new electric trucks. Much of the interior was built by George and Jake Egan themselves, including custom offices, an indoor classroom and training space, and a dedicated maintenance area.

Our classroom brings the team together each morning, with Tuesdays focused on special topics. It’s a space for ongoing learning, hosting trainings for both staff and the public.
Our shop keeps us efficient with on-site equipment repairs from our full-time mechanics, a fuel cell, and the ability to prep and transport tools directly to job sites.
Our front office is the hub for client support, scheduling, and project planning, keeping communication clear and operations running smoothly.
SPRING SERVICES
Our spring cleanup service includes a full-property refresh to kick off the season. We’ll blow down all lawn areas, remove trash and debris from beds and turf, and air sweep sidewalks and building fronts for a neat appearance. Trees and shrubs will be carefully pruned, and all mulch beds will be weeded, graded, and edged for a clean, crisp look.

LAWN CARE
Mowing will be done weekly based on site needs, with all clippings removed off-site. Before mowing, lawn areas, beds, and planters will be cleared of trash and debris. String trimming around obstacles and edging along turf areas will be performed as needed. Hard surfaces will be blown clean after each visit. Fertilization will follow a seasonal plan and be applied by a licensed pesticide applicator. Treatments include balanced fertilizer with controlled release nitrogen, broadleaf weed control, surface insect control, crabgrass prevention, and grub control at appropriate times from early spring through late fall, ending with a limestone application to improve soil condition.

FALL SERVICES
Our fall cleanup service includes the removal of all leaf debris from lawns, parking lots, shrub areas, and mulch beds to keep the property tidy and prepared for winter. If applicable, annual flowers will be removed and disposed of off-site. Mulch beds will be raked out, and perennials or ornamental grasses will be cut back as needed to promote healthy regrowth in spring. A final mowing will be completed to ensure the grass is at the proper height for winter, with all debris and materials cleaned up and removed from the site.

IRRIGATION
Start Up Spring irrigation start-up includes turning on the water and controllers, testing all zones, checking well pumps, adjusting or repairing heads as needed, and monitoring the system throughout the season.
Winterization Fall irrigation shutdown includes turning off the water source, blowing out all lines and valves to prevent freezing, deactivating controllers, and winterizing any connected well pumps.

We have a dedicated in-house irrigation team to ensure expert care and responsiveness. Throughout the duration of your irrigation contract, any necessary repairs and adjustments—such as damaged heads, timing issues, or coverage irregularities—are included as part of ongoing maintenance. We also offer system upgrades using the latest technology, including WiFi-enabled controllers for smarter, more efficient water management.
