Here’s a rich, refreshing way to cool down, kick off your post-exercise recovery, and give yourself some lasting satisfaction! • 1 scoop GC Control Chocolate (Substitute: Proflex Chocolate ) • • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt • 1 ½ cups crushed ice • 1 ½ bananas 2 scoops Proflex or Proflex Pro Vanilla

Blend GC Control , Proflex , yogurt, and bananas in blender. Add ice and blend to desired consistency.
