TWO-CAR CRASH ON CARON AND 17 A two-vehicle crash took place at around 3:45 p.m., on July 24. Although it caused no road closure, several motorists slowed down when proceeding on Old Highway 17, which resulted in light traffic forming on the busy street. An ambulance was called on the scene, along with several police cruisers and fire trucks. However, no severe injuries were reported. —photo Francis Racine
