15th Annual FOOD DRIVE
NOVEMBER 14TH - NOVEMBER 18TH Help others while getting the help you need!
• Donate 2 non-perishable food items: Patients on treatment plan receive one FREE therapy after their adjustment. • Donate 2 non-perishable food items: Patients on maintenance plan receive a FREE adjustment in addition to their maintenance program.
• Donate 2 non-perishable food items: Patients’ family, friends & co-workers receive a consultation, exam & x-rays. *For every referral, your name will go into a drawing for prizes!” • Donate 2 non-perishable food items: Provides eligibility for all to be entered into drawing for prizes.
Prizes Include:
• VIZIO 55” LED TV • Dinner & movie for 2 at Edward’s Steakhouse
• One massage a month for 6 months • A package of 3 therapeutic massages • A FREE Scoliosis screening for children ages 14 & under • *Grand prize will be released closer to the drive
All food items will be donated to Loaves & Fishes Food Bank to help communities less fortunate. CALL 931.542.9420 & reserve your appointment for yourself, friends & family members. New patient appointment are limited to the first 40 callers! Look for other upcoming drives in the near future!
