What advice would you give to someone who is just starting their INUKA Business My advice is: • Know and understand your business, and how to earn with INUKA. • Study your Business Guide and follow the 90 Day Earnings Plan. Where you don’t understand, ask questions. Asking is not a sign of weakness but a sign of hunger for more. • Brand yourself with the INUKA Marketing Materials and use your INUKA products every day. • Communication with your team daily is essential. I would like to thank my upline, Oratile Thobejane for introducing INUKA to me and for your support. Thanks to our INUKA Ambassador, Kate Sekhu, and the Eagles Team for your unwavering support. To my INUKA Helpdesk Mentor, thank you for pushing me towards achieving my targets. I would like to appreciate my team “Perez” which means Breakthrough. We have broken through every challenge we came across and together we have produced a Diamond Team. You are Champions!!!
What were your biggest challenges you had to overcome on your way to Diamond Leadership Status My biggest challenge was distance between me and my downlines who were staying in different provinces and outside South Africa. I needed to create an efficient way for them to get their stock on time. It was also a challenge for me to communicate and grow them from a distance. I had to improve our line of communication via WhatsApp daily and by holding quarterly Training Presentations for them to grow. • There is something inside a Champion that is so strong and that something is a Dream. You must Dream it, then you will achieve it. • Put focus on what you want to achieve. You only get what you focus on. • Be courageous. Courage is not when you have the strength to move on but when you don’t. • Keep going. Learn to press on during challenges. • Be consistent. Keep checking your targets with your team daily. • Lead by example. • Set goals and achieve them, then your team will follow. • Do your own recognitions and rewards for your team. • Invest time and money in your business. • Keep introducing new entrepreneurs. You need people who are hungry for success, just like you in order to attain growth. What advice would you give to someone who is trying to reach Diamond Leadership Status
