For that reason, “proximity to the airport and ready access to major highways was critical,” said Scot Loiselle, president. So, in 2000, L2M Architects settled its headquarters at St. John Properties’ Cromwell Business Park in Glen Burnie, MD. Throughout that time, the architecture and construction industry has seen a lot of fluctuation, but Loiselle said St. John Properties has always been able to provide solutions. “St. John Properties has

worked closely with us to expand into additional office space, helped us with warehouse space when we needed to build mock-ups for clients, and allowed us to adjust our lease area commensurate with the evolving needs of the firm,” he explained. The office itself has grown 20 percent in the time L2M has been a client, with a current staff of 17 in the corporate office. “St. John Properties has been proactive in helping us to update and refresh finishes at various points over the years,” said Loiselle. “St. John Properties has been incredibly flexible in providing access to additional space for short-term projects and works hard to maintain the caliber of the park, including landscaping, lighting and amenities.”
