Equipped with an IP 67 sealed pressure switch, sealed Fixture Transmitter and shielded industrial connectors; Guardian™ ensures positive pressure monitoring even in the harshest environments. Best of all, you will enjoy easy pressure monitoring with no interference issues.
The Simple Guardian™ installs with only four wires (two power wires and a pair of relay connected wires). It is a quick and clean installation needing no modifications to the machine tool control.

Meet the brand new Auto-coupler, the ultimate solution for coupling and decoupling fixtures with ease and efficiency. The Auto-coupler is designed to help you achieve greater levels of automation by removing the need for an operator to handle decoupled hydraulic/pneumatic fixtures. The Auto-coupler is packed with features that make it stand out from the rest. It can connect two pairs of hydraulic circuits and two pneumatic circuits at the same time, allowing you to control multiple fixtures with one device. It also has an integrated air blow off system that automatically cleans chips from the receiver, saving you time and hassle.
The Auto-coupler has a mechanical lock that securely connects and holds opposing hydraulic forces with a small cylinder, reducing the space and power requirements. The device also has self-alignment pins and rubber isolators that ensure a near perfect alignment in any condition, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of your applications. The receiver has a flexible design that allows you to mount the receiver on the bottom or rear face, or externally plumb it, depending on your application. The device also has two replaceable pilot operated check valve cartridges that are easily accessible on the top of the receiver, simplifying maintenance.

ROTARY UNIONS

PNEUMATIC CONFIRMATION SYSTEMS
Air Sensing Control Kit Adjustable air pressure and flow gives you the ability to monitor most confirmation valves, part present or clamp position systems.
The pneumatic confirmation valve confirms the stage of loading before or after clamping. It is adaptable to multiple devices including: swing clamps, link clamps, cylinders and supports. Avoid machine crashes by confirming specific actions before you cycle your machine. Application Setup: Adjust actuator 0.025± 0.020 above valve body with clamp positioned at the bottom of clamping stroke. This will avoid valve and actuator damage if clamp over travels.
PART PRESENT SENSING WORK SUPPORT
Plungers stay retracted during part loading while air flow travels through the work support. Hydraulic pressure advances the plunger exerting only spring force as it makes contact with the part. This closes the integral air valve to indicate part is present and contacted. Hydraulic pressure then automatically sequences, “freezing” the plunger.
