You’ll create a 16x20 canvas painting called “Blue Mountains.” Cost per person is $25 for members and $30 for non- members. Space is limited. The Grant Wood Operas: Strokes of Genius – Discounted Tickets Theatre Cedar Rapids (102 3rd St SE, Cedar Rapids) Saturday, April 13, 7:30 p.m. Hills Bank is a proud sponsor of the upcoming Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre’s special production, The Grant Wood Operas: Strokes of Genius at Theatre Cedar Rapids. Community Book Talk Cole Library, Mount Vernon (620 1st St SW) Wednesday, April 17, 12:00-1:00 p.m.

Always a favorite for those that attend, be inspired at this bi-annual Community Book Talk featuring Mount Vernon Public Librarian Cathy Boggs and Cornell College Librarian Greg Cotton. They will give recommendations and insight on numerous books on various topics. Lunch will be provided. This event is open to the public, but reservations are required. Space is limited.
