State Of The Union Andy Hackman, Principle Lobbyist, Serlin Haley, and FPA State Lobbyist,will provide an update on state gov- ernment affairs. Hackman is a registered federal lobby- ist who has testified before the U.S. Senate and lobbied in more than 25 state capitols. Prior to joining Serlin Haley, he served as Vice President of Government Af- fairs for the Toy Industry Association (TIA), where he oversawTIA’s advocacy programs at both the state and federal levels. He also directed the national govern- ment affairs program of the Consumer Specialty Prod- ucts Association. Joel Morales, Senior Director, Polyolefins Americas, IHS Markit, will provide an update on the polypropyl- ene market.
