the church was the place where the Bible, which is God’s holy word was taught, and He wanted to study it and grow strong, so He could work for God his Father, and that is why we want you boys and girls to come to Sunday School every Sunday, so you will learn these lovely Bible stories which will make you grow strong, and do what our story tells us to do—work in the church. The people in our story to-day, read the Bible and prayed in their homes too, and so we see if we really love Jesus in our hearts, we will show our love to Him in our homes and every where we go, and we will love to hear these beautiful stories from the Bible, and we will pray to Him every day, for you know praying is just talking to Jesus, and then you will just be so happy you will want to ■tell others about our lovely Jesus. Closing Prayer.—Thanking Jesus for our Sunday School and Church, and ask ing Him to make us little workers in the church for Him.

These people called in each others homes and they had such good times together talking about Jesus and how He was helping them to bring others to know Him too. Boys and girls, do you know that is the happiest work in the world, to bring others to know Jesus. You know how happy it makes you when you bring a new scholar to Sunday School? When these people went calling and found some people who did not have. much to eat and not clothes enough to keep them warm, they would help them, for they knew the story in the Bible we heard about last week, about being kind and helping those who needed help. You will remem ber too how when Jesus was a boy he went to Sunday School and he had such a good time' hearing the Bible stories, He forgot to go home and his parents had to come hack after Him.
