We have had the privilege of holding the most important moments of hundreds of couples' lives within these walls for more than twenty years. This brochure is our way of sitting down with you.		3

At the end of a long, tree-lined drive, a part-moated, Grade II-listed manor of the 15th century sits within 75 acres of Essex parkland - and for the length of your celebration, it is yours alone. Dry hire and exclusive use mean the day is yours to shape, in every detail.		4
Whilst it feels a world apart, London is only 50 minutes away by direct train and Stansted 25 miles by road, with room on the grounds for those who would rather arrive by helicopter.		4

Prested Hall is a small, hands-on team. When you reach out, you will hear from Kathryn, Gillian, Grace, or Chetan.		7
Between them sits over three decades of experience, drawn from different cultures around the world. A team with a wealth of expertise - and the cultural understanding that shows in every wedding they host.		7

We have spent twenty years learning what that means and building a venue that reflects it. We understand that a Sangeet is not a Baraat. That a Nikah carries different requirements than a Walima. That a Gaye Holud begins a story, the wedding itself continues as the next chapter.		9
Each of our preferred caterers - are the one’s who know and understand your family’s food. Our spaces flex for larger guest lists with extended family members, mandaps, stages, and floral arches, and our grounds are built for multi-day celebrations.		9

Fifteenth-century timber beams arch above you. Original stained-glass windows cast coloured light across the floor, and an original open fireplace forms the heart of the room. Heritage at its most intimate and unhurried.		14

Vows beneath open skies. Our licensed gazebo sits at the end of a magnificent footbridge over the moat, surrounded by 75 acres of Essex parkland, with sunlight filtering through the leaves above.		17
