Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest returns for the season on Friday, November 24, 2017 through March 4, 2018. Whether you’re hosting a large party or small gathering, Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest has many unique options to choose from that will ensure your event is truly memorable. This seasonal winter park, includes a beautifully lit landscape featuring a majestic holiday tree, outdoor seating area with fire pits, cozy warming cabins, the Kids Lodge with arcade games, and a chalet-inspired Lodge with food and beverages from our very own, Village Burger. PRIVATE EVENTS The Lodge features a cozy ski-chalet inspired atmosphere with a clear view of the ice skating rink. A wraparound porch built from the original boardwalk at Spruce Street Harbor Park is lined with rocking chairs, cozy blankets and heat lamps for the ultimate in Waterfront luxury on a cold winter night. Inside, The Lodge is furnished with comfortable couches, tons of gathering tables, bistro seating, mantles with electric fireplaces, and decorative touches that transform the Lodge into a warm and inviting space for events from 10-1000. WINTERFEST CABIN Rent a semi-private cabin overlooking the ice rink, while enjoying a “box-of-burg- er” from our very own Village Whiskey. For events from 10-60 guests, your guests can take part of the winter village , fire pits, arcade and more. Garces is able to provide you with a variety of options to cater to your event. BOX-OF-BURGERS Village Burger can provide your guests with a “Box-of-Burgers”. For $12 per guest, you, we will deliver to your cabin/lodge a box of Village Burgers, French Fries and one (1) non-alcoholic beverage per person to your cabin/lodge. DELIVERY Select items from our Holiday delivery menu. Garces will provide full setup, food items and non-alcoholic beverages to your designated rental area. All food items will be displayed on disposables. Along with the Drop off Delivery Service, Garces can provide hospitable staff to maintain your food display and greet your guests. FULLY CATERED EVENTS
Garces Events can provide a full-service catering along with Chef-attended stations, food displays, china, flatware and glassware as requested.
