A3000/RC3000
A3000 / RC3000 breather fabrics are nonwoven materials available in polyester and nylon, designed to ensure efficient air evacuation and vacuum support during infusion, oven, and autoclave cure cycles. Polyester breathers provide robust, versatile performance, while nylon breathers generally offer higher and more consistent air flow over extended cure times, making them well suited for long or high-temperature cycles. FR options are available with flame- retardant additives for use in non-inert curing atmospheres and to help meet vertical burn requirements. All variants are highly conformable for complex geometries.

4819 is a highly conformable breather designed for complex composite cures. Made from 100% high-melt polyester, it offers excellent tensile strength and reduces bridging on complex surfaces, ensuring an optimal resin-to-fiber ratio in multi-layer applications.
