AEROFIX 3
Aerofix 3 is a spray adhesive designed specifically for use in composite manufacturing to secure dry fiber and consumables before the infusion process. Aerofix 3’s formulation is based on Polyester, making it compatible with Polyester and Vinyl Ester resins and with some compatibility in Epoxy resins. The key advantage of using Aerofix 3 is that it does not affect the mechanical properties, such as short beam shear, of the final composite product. The standard Aerofix 3 product is blue in color, making it easy to identify during production. It is also available in red and a high tack variant, which is mainly used in the Wind Energy market for its enhanced adhesion properties. VACUUM PROBE/FROG
Vacuum probes are designed for reliable vacuum performance in oven and autoclave composite processing. The 7525MCE series features an integrated self-cutting stem for safe installation without knives, optimized airflow channels for improved evacuation efficiency, and dual sealing ridges to minimize leaks caused by bag wrinkles. Supplied fully assembled with integrated gaskets, these valves provide fast and consistent installation. Replacement gaskets are also available separately for maintenance and reuse.
