FRESH EGG EXHIBITS
SPECIAL RULES 1. In order to minimize the chance of contamination, exhibitors must bring eggs to the fair in a clean egg carton. 2. Exhibitor Name and ENTRY DIVISION and CLASS must be CLEARLY PRINTED on the bottom of each egg carton. 3. One-half dozen eggs of one color and size is an entry. Each size will be judged as a separate entry. 4. The judge will classify the eggs between 1 of 3 classes (small, medium, or large) and color (white, brown, or colored)
5. Any eggs that show signs of fecal matter will be disqualified. 6. Small Animal staff will not be responsible for damaged eggs. 7. All eggs left after July 8 th will be discarded.
