A discussion with Project One’s Director of Human Resources, Mahmood Ghaznavi, to understand the role, remuneration model and working practices at Project One. An informal meeting with James O’Sullivan, Director of Customer Delivery, Board member and one of our owners, to give you an overview of Project One, our history, strategy, financial performance and plans. A formal first interview with James O’Sullivan and Tim Newman, Director of Business Development. You will be asked to present a case study which demonstrates your sales ability and customer account management and delivery skills. An opportunity for you to speak with one of our Account Directors to get an understanding of how the role works on a day-to-day basis. A final interview with two members of our Senior Leadership Team and a HR representative. This will focus on your understanding of the role and mutual fit with Project One.

The role of Account Director is critical to our profitable growth, combining the successful delivery of sales and revenue targets with account management and delivery responsibilities across new and existing customers. This is a senior role within our Leadership Team, and with that comes fantastic opportunity. The role requires full location flexibility, the ability to travel without restriction and a full UK driving licence. Sales and Business Development JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Director Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets Build, develop and maintain key senior buyer contacts across existing customer accounts Drive growth for Project One through the development of new senior buying relationships and new customer acquisition, maximising personal networks to achieve this Generate consulting-led sales by designing and writing quality proposals, focusing on customer needs and quality Work closely with the Director of Business Development to collaborate across the company, bringing together the best of Project One and providing expert input that improves our business performance Work collaboratively across the Leadership and Consulting Teams to increase sales and build networks.

Reward structure

Account Management Define and deliver customer account strategies in co-operation with the Director of Customer Delivery Agree and deliver account resourcing needs Manage and enhance brand reputation across accounts Maintain account plans and report on performance as required Manage account plans, reports, documentation and administration with necessary operational rigour and accuracy Lead and manage consultants on deployment; provide delivery support and advice as and when required Provide pastoral care to consultants, working closely with our People Team Positively energise consultants to develop their accounts. Leading Project One Demonstrate role model character, behaviours and leadership attributes Joint ownership of total sales and revenue targets and business performance Collaborate and share skills and experience Be an agent for change, leading (end- to-end) on improving our business performance around topics that matter. Leverage subject matter expertise through creating personal IP Form part of the selection team for our future recruitment. to drive growth, strengthen sales performance and deliver results

Salary

£105,000 per annum

Bonus

Performance related 70% based on company revenue, paid quarterly 30% based on performance against individual revenue and performance targets, 120% maximum opportunity, paid quarterly On target annual bonus £105,000
