هـذا الخـط مثـايل إلنتاج المعمول المحشـو بعجينة التمر بأع لى جودة وكفاءة. يبـدأ الخـط بمرحلـة تشـكيل المعمـول وحشـوه بعجينـة التمـر أو بـأي حشـوة مرغوبـة، ثـم يتـم ختمـه بقوالـب إلعطـاء أشـكال مميزة ومختلفـة، ليتـم خبزه بعنايـة للحصـول على المـذاق المثـايل. يتـم اخيرا تغليـف منتـج المعمـول النهـايئ ضمن عبـوات، ليصبح جاهـزًا للتوزيع واالستهالك.
