New executive for Russell Lions Club Before the summer holidays begin, the Russell Lions Club installed a new executive at its June 20 regular meeting. Julius Toth returns as the club’s president for a second term with Peter Cowling as treasurer, Margaret Pettipas as the new secretary, and Raja Wysocki as first vice-president. Toth stated that the executive for the 2015-2016 term is eager to get to work with members on various community projects.
