Jason Jennings Jason Jennings is a researcher and one of the most successful and prolific business and leadership authors in the world. A back-to-back best-selling author, he has written eight highly-ac- claimed business books on the topics of growth, productivity, leadership, and innovation. He and his teams have screened and studied more than 200,000 companies and interviewed more than 12,000 CEOs and business owners in their research. Mr. Jiang also held the position of Project Manager-Powertrain Control and Advanced Engineering at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. Additionally, he was Project Manager in the Powertrain Control Center at General Motors Corporation at the Milford Proving Grounds in Michigan. Mr. Jiang received his B.S. and M.S. in Thermal-Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois. In addition Mr. Jiang holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Jianzhong Jiao Dr. Jianzhong Jiao is an internationally recognized expert for LEDs and lighting technology development, products design, testing, standards, and regulations. He is an independent consultant in the areas of LEDs and lighting technology, product, and business strategies, standards, regulations and compliances, civil and intellectual property litigations, and technology investments. He is the past Chair of the SAE Lighting Committee, past Chair of NGLIA, past Chair of NEMA SSL Section Technical Committee, and current Chair or active member of the committees in SAE, IES, ANSI, NEMA, UL, ASABE, CIE-USA, IEEE, JEDEC, and SEMI. He is the Organizer and Chair for SAE World Congress Lighting Technology Conference, member of the Organizing Committee and Chair of SPIE SSL Symposium, member of the Technical Panel of Strategies in Light (SIL). Dr. Jiao also teaches seminars and short courses for SAE, SPIE, SIL, and Light Fair International. He also served as an adjunct professor teaching physics and electrical engineering courses at Purdue University and Lawrence Technological University. Dr. Jiao holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, a M.S. degree in Applied Physics, and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is titled to 9 U.S. Patents and has over 40 technical papers and magazine articles, and given numerous invited presentations to international events. He has been engaged in and completed 20 national research projects and is in a technical cooperation with well-known enterprises including Ford, Siemens, General Motors, FAW Group R & D Center, Shanghai E-drive Co., Ltd, Shanghai Dajun Technologies, Inc., Shanghai Electric Group, CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., Wuhan Iron and Steel and Baosteel. He has published more than 180 papers and holds 1 American patent and 13 China invention patents. He is a five-time winner of provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress award and has won the silver medal of China International Industry Fair and the title of Shanghai Yucai Award and Excellent University Young Teacher. He has been working and conducting research in the field of Accident Reconstruction since 1988. An avid street motorcycle rider himself, Mr. Husher has reconstructed hundreds of motorcycle crashes. He has published numerous technical papers related to accident reconstruction, including motorcycle crashes and serves on SAE and ISO committees. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
