11 At the national level, NSBE is unorganized
• I just think it can be more organized and respond to the vital virus a little better. • As much as I love the mission, the org send to be disorganized at times and disjointed. Communications are sporadic. • I think NSBE has a lot of potential and offers it’s members opportunities that can be difficult to come across. However, there are still a lot of disorganization that needs to be fixed • Though I am an engineer by degree, I only recently joined in order to provide access to the various programs to my 6-year old daughter. The programs are fantastic and she really enjoys them. My only feedback is that I would like them to be a bit more organized at times.
• NSBE is a great networking community and provides opportunity to grow in your professional career. However, it can be very disorganized and I would not want to invite someone else to the chaos. For example, how are we a society of engineers with a website that is always broken. We have made several improvements over the past year but we are not to the point where I can answer this question with a rate of 10. More improvements are needed.
