INTRODUCTION TO FERMENTATION WORKSHOP Learn to make cultured foods through the fermentation process. The workshop is a hands-on process, where participants will learn to make different cultured foods, sauerkraut, kefir & milk yoghurt, yoghurt cheese & apple cider vinegar.
