LASAGNE FROM SCRATCH - TRIPLE TREAT Learn to make three regional lasagne recipes from scratch in this demonstration/hands on class. You will prepare a typical northern/central Italian version- Lasagna Bolognese with classic or spinach pasta, bechamel, meat based ragu, parmesan cheese. PIZZA MASTERCLASS AT BLUE VELVET Learn the techniques and secrets that are the basis of one of the most widespread and, at the same time, complex culinary arts: Baking! You will learn hands-on how to make the perfect pizza dough in all of its aspects, from kneading to stretching to baking. Includes a delicious pizza lunch. Course is tailored for standard pizza making not GF. Tutor can explain how to make a GF pizza only. (Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access due to the age of the building). CHEESEMAKING BY WOODSIDE CHEESE WRIGHTS

This home cheesemaking and tasting session is brought to you by Mitchell Lloyd, Artisan and Manager of Woodside Cheese Wrights in the Adelaide Hills. Each student will make their own Feta cheese and get to sample 5 Woodside cheeses and be provided with goat feta and various herbs and spices to create your own marinated jar to take home. Tutor will also demonstrate how to make a Halloumi cheese. (Course fee covers majority of materials however students will need to bring along some items).
